about
Kyle Leroux is an architectural designer from Saint Lazare, Québec who currently resides in Vancouver, British Columbia. In 2017, he graduated with a Masters degree in Architecture from McGill University. He has lived in Vancouver since 2018.
Kyle approaches architecture as a typological question: How does the programmatic organization of a building facilitate it’s use? Kyle has a deep fascination with heterotopias - spaces of otherness that promote new organizations & ways of interacting with architecture and the city. He believes in the power the design of our surroundings has in shaping our capacity to want for more; he seeks out places that inspire the every day person to crave more spaces of affective, accessible design.
Kyle enjoys music, cooking, visual arts, & escaping to the outdoors. He is currently seeking CA & technical experience to complete his architectural licensing with the OAQ.
